Deposit Policy
• A non-refundable deposit of 100% is required to secure your reservation at Praça.
• This deposit will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your meal or used as payment in the event of a special function and/or set menu.

Cancellation Policy
• Full refund will be granted in the event of a cancelation 14 days prior to booking date. 50% refund will be granted within 7 days of reservation date. Otherwise, last minute cancellation or no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please contact us at +66 32 535 999 or shh.praca@standardhotels.com as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, the deposit will remain non-refundable.
