1. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS • Regular (2nd Fl.): 500 THB/person • Front Row (1st Fl.): 800 THB/person • Bar Seats (1st Fl.): 800 THB/person • Large Group (8-15 guests, 2nd Fl. only): 1,000 THB/person
2. DEPOSIT USAGE Deposits are deducted from your food and beverage bill only. Any unused balance cannot be refunded in cash, transferred back, or applied to another date or booking.
3. LATE ARRIVAL Tables are held for 15 minutes. Late arrivals forfeit their deposit.
4. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS • < 24 hrs notice: Non-refundable • > 24 hrs notice: Refundable with a 5% processing fee • Changes/cancellations must be managed via the booking platform.
5. CORKAGE POLICY Outside wine allowed with a 1,500 THB/bottle corkage fee. No other alcohol permitted.
6. AGE RESTRICTION Entry is 20+ years only.
7. SMOKING & VAPING Strictly prohibited by law.
