Booking Policy
Terms & Conditions:
Credit Card Guarantees & Cancellation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required for the booking and booked 24 hrs in advance.
Your reservation will not incur any charge if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to your booking time.
Cancellation of a reservation within 24 hours of booking time the full amount of deposit charge will be incurred.
For no shows and no cancellation communications sent, the full amount of the booking will be charged. All deposits are non-refundable.
Dress Code:
Our dress code recommendation is smart casual. We just ask that you please refrain from wearing sports clothing or beachwear, including singlets and flip-flops. Table 369 is fully air-conditioned.
Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements:
We require 24 hours advance notice for all food allergies and special dietary requirements. This includes vegetarians and Halal.
Special Requests
If it’s a special occasion please let us know and we will endeavour to honour your special requests, we require 24 hours advance notice but cannot guarantee this at all times.
Children
As Table 369 is an elevated dining degustation experience, only children over 12 years and with a sophisticated palate are permitted. We do not provide any children’s menu.
Smoking Area
The main dining area of the restaurant is non-smoking, however cigarettes and cigars are permitted in designated areas.
Reservation Reallocation
Table 369 will hold your table for a maximum of 30 minutes after your reservation time, at which point we will release the table to other diners in the event of no show or late arrival. If you would like to have pre-dinner drinks and enjoy our spectacular view, we advise arrival 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to your reservation time.
