TERM AND CONDITION
1) A la carte menu prices in THB and are exclusive of VAT and service charge unless otherwise indicated under special conditions.
2) THE BBQ seafood buffet dinner price in THB are included of VAT and service charge unless otherwise indicated under special conditions.
3) Dress code in Big Fish is smart / casual.
4) Please notify us of any dietary requirements and allergies, If have.
5) Menu and pricing subject to change without notice.
6) Your table is available for 2 hours from the time of your reservation.

TABLE ALLOCATION
1) Due to the large number of requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee window tables or specific areas when taking reservations, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Your understanding is appreciated.

DEPOSIT
1.) Group of 10 people or more will be required to pay a deposit of 50% This deposit will be deducted from the final bill amount. Any no shows for group bookings may lose their deposit money

CANCELLATION
1.) Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel or move the date of a confirmed booking less than 24 hours prior to the booking, in case of NO SHOW full payment will be charged.
PAYMENT
1.) We accept all major credit cards, cash and scan QR Code.
2.) Full reservation balance must be paid on departure. We cannot invoice you after the reservation.
