■Limited to one group per day For the sale of the beauty treatment and tea ceremony box plan, please select the time "Breakfast 10:00" and the category "Guest room". We will ask you about the time of tea ceremony box provision at check-in.
■Regarding the use of the tea room, all sessions start at 11:00, 12:00, 13:30, and 14:30. Please note that if you arrive late, we may omit some services or cancel your reservation.
■As we are a small store, we do not accept requests for specific seats. Please note that the seats are at the counter and you will be sharing a table with other customers. Please see our official website for an image of the seats.
■We do not have a strict dress code, but we do not allow men to wear extremely casual clothing such as shorts and sandals, or women to wear excessively revealing clothing.
■At Tokito, we ask that you refrain from using photos and videos taken within the facility for commercial purposes without permission, as per the terms of use. Even if you have permission, please be careful not to be photographed in photos or videos to maintain the privacy of other customers, and be considerate when disclosing photos or videos to third parties or posting them on social media.
■In principle, customers must be 16 years of age or older to visit the store.
■Parking requires prior reservation. If you are coming by car, please fill in the number of cars in the "Questions for customers" section. If parking is not available, the store will contact you directly. (We will call you from 042-525-8888).
■Cancellation policy: The course fee will be charged for the number of people (including changes and cancellations) as follows. -Cancellation after 5:00 p.m. the day before: 100% -Cancellation from 2 days before to 5:00 p.m. the day before: 50% (A separate cancellation policy will be set for special plans.)
