About the sushi counter left by the owner Yuki Usui We will serve seasonal dishes and the owner's original dishes in small potions. After that, hold the sushi consistently. We recommend pairing dishes with premium sake from all over Japan and carefully selected cutting-edge sake. At our shop, please order the first beer etc. to moisturize your throat, and leave all other dishes, sushi, drinks and sake to the owner and the landlady. The owner will marry the dishes and sushi weaved by the proprietress with drinks that match your meal. Customers can enjoy our shop without ordering anything. The price of the dish starts from ¥ 20000. The amount of money for our sushi counter is not uniform. It is a variable system depending on the amount of ingredients purchased and served at that time. Therefore, the food you eat may differ even if you are next to each other on the same day and at the same time. I think that there are various things such as each person's taste, the amount to eat, and allergies to ingredients that are not good at drinking alcohol. Or if you have any ingredients you would like to eat, please let us know. We will do our utmost to make it a special time, so please let us know your information as much as possible when making a reservation and let us know what you want. You can make a reservation on the day or the day before, but we recommend that you make a reservation at least 3 days in advance so that you can really enjoy our shop.
