Booking Policy
Welcome to make an online reservation at The Guest House.
Please read the following instructions before making a reservation.
【Operating Hours】
Lunch 11:30 AM – 02:00 PM
Dinner 06:00 PM – 09:30 PM
Last Order: 01:30PM、09:00PM
【Deposit Policy Notice】
To protect reservation rights, a deposit is required for private rooms, special holidays, parties over 2 people, or booking two Sheraton Grand Taipei restaurants simultaneously.
Deposit Amounts:
*Main hall: TWD 500 per person
*Small private room (3-4 people): TWD 5,000
*Small medium private room (5-13 people): TWD 10,000
* Large private room (14-20+ people): TWD 20,000
*Special holiday deposits will be announced separately
*Unpaid deposits by the deadline will result in automatic cancellation. Please rebook to reinstate.
※After paying the deposit and completing the reservation, you cannot change the reservation online. If you need to modify the reservation, please contact the restaurant to modify it for you.
【Cancellation Policy】
If you cancel after paying the deposit: Contact the restaurant or cancel through the reservation system at least 4 days before your dining date (inclusive) to receive a full refund to your original payment card. Cancellations or changes made within 3 days of the dining date will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit (e.g., for a 7/10 reservation, cancel by 7/6 for a full refund; cancellations from 7/7 to 7/10 will forfeit the deposit).
※Deposit refund: It takes 14 working days. The refund date will be determined according to the settlement date of your card-issuing bank, and the money will be returned to the original credit card account. Please pay attention to the current bill or the next bill. If you have any questions, please directly contact the customer service of the cardholder bank.
※Please review the policy carefully before booking to protect your reservation rights. To change your reservation date, contact us at least 4 days before the dining date.
【Note】
※Your table will be held for 10 minutes only from the time of the reservation.
※Corkage glass cleaning fee is TWD100 per stem, and TWD50 for spirits and others.
※Spending over TWD1,000 entitles 1 hour free parking, every vehicle up to 3 hours.
※Any kind of credit card benefit is not applicable for national holidays and private dining room.
※The same group of guests can only use one discount method to checkout per table.
