[RESERVATION POLICY] : นโยบายการจอง
1. If your desired date/time is not available, you may try walk-in subject to availability on the day. Priority will be given to guests with pre-booking.
- หากวัน/เวลาที่ต้องการไม่ว่าง สามารถลองเข้ามาแบบวอล์กอินได้ ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนที่ว่างในวันนั้น โดยจะมอบสิทธิ์ให้กับแขกที่จองล่วงหน้าก่อน
2. Photo taken by our photographer is per family/group. You may choose the photo to print out on the souvenir photo frame.
- รูปถ่ายที่ช่างภาพของเราถ่ายเป็นภาพหมู่ครอบครัว/กลุ่ม คุณสามารถเลือกรูปที่จะพิมพ์ลงบนกรอบรูปที่ระลึกได้
3. You may quickly take additional photos with your own camera.
- คุณสามารถถ่ายภาพเพิ่มเติมได้ด้วยกล้องของคุณเอง
4. Each session is limited to 1 hour only for all paying guests , so please be mindful of other guests when interacting with our characters.
- แต่ละรอบมีเวลาจำกัด 1 ชั่วโมงสำหรับแขกที่ชำระเงินทั้งหมด ดังนั้นโปรดคำนึงถึงแขกท่านอื่นเมื่อใช้บริการ
5. Both Babyshark and Pinkfong characters will be present, however, in the unlikely event that either character is not available, we reserve the right not to refund the payment.

6. Please be on time as our characters will leave exactly at the time stated. If you are late for more than 30minutes after the booking time, you may lose the right to have your photo taken and no refund will be given.
- โปรดมาให้ตรงเวลา เนื่องจากกิจกรรมจะเสร็จสิ้นตามเวลาที่กำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด หากคุณมาสายเกินกว่า 30 นาทีหลังจากเวลาที่จองไว้ ถือว่าลูกค้าสละสิทธิ์ และทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
7. You will receive confirmation email after the booking is confirmed.
- คุณจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยันหลังจากการจองเสร็จสิ้นสมบูรณ์แล้ว
8. Strictly no refund will be given after your payment is completed.
- บริษัท สงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ ทั้งสิ้นหลังจากชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว
9. Meet and Greet activity does not include an admission ticket.
