●Dinner is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until 4/6. From 5/6 onwards, dinner will be closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. (Dinner will be closed on 4/30 and 5/1 during Golden Week.) ●We do not accept reservations for lunch during the summer. ●Reservations can be made 60 days before the day of use. ●Pre-authorization of your credit card is required to confirm your reservation. There will be no advance charges for customers who are not eligible for cancellation under the default system. ●If we are unable to contact you after 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are late. ●There is no a la carte menu for dinner. Only the dishes you have reserved will be served. Please make a reservation in advance for children's dinner plates as well. ●Dinner is served in two parts, starting at 18:00 or 19:00. ●If you would like a pick-up service, please fill in the "Request" field. (Dinner only) The pick-up service is available within Niseko Town and the Hirafu area (excluding the Hanazono area). Details of the pick-up time will be emailed to you the day before. Pick-up may not be available at the time you desire.
