Booking Policy
DAYBED BOOKING POLICY
Minimum spending payment will be settled in advance and are non-refundable.
There is no discount offered on any beverage menu items.
All bills are subjected to a tax & service charge of 21% in accordance with government regulations.
We will hold your booking for 60 minutes after the confirmed booking time, after which your booking will be automatically released by the system and is non-refundable. This does not apply for the Early Bird Special; guest must arrive between 10am and 12pm
Early Bird Bookings must arrive between 10am and 12pm, in order to qualify for the discount offer. Any arrivals after the allotted time will be subjected to the full Daybed price.
Prior notification of late arrival is to be made via call or WhatsApp and is the responsibility of the guest.
A booking confirmation with the payment notification will be sent to your email. Please present this to our team upon arrival at LUNA Beach Club
In the case of bad weather, the reservation will be allocated without any guarantee of a backup table and is subject to availability.
Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and beach club discretion.
Guest must adhere to the prohibited items policy at all times.
Main pool closes at 18.30 each day
CHILDREN POLICY:
Children are welcome at Luna Beach Club, please observe following regulations at all times.
1. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
2. LUNA Beach Club is a family friendly beach club, however we do request parents be mindful of other guests around them.
3. Children are to remain dressed throughout the day and wear appropriate swimwear if using the pool.
4. Please note our waterslide is closed each day at 3pm for all guests under the age of 18 years old.
5. Ball games and large toys are prohibited.
TOWEL POLICY
Guests with Day Bed, Sofa, or Booth bookings will receive 1 complimentary towel per person, based on the maximum capacity of the booking.
Additional towels are available for IDR 50,000 each
Guests without Day Bed, Sofa, or Booth minimum spend bookings will be charged IDR 50,000 per towel.
Towel tokens can be purchased from any of our floor staff or cashier counters. Please return all used towels back to the towel counter.
