** Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and a 100% charge will be applied. **
** Corkage Policy : Only wine and sake, which are not listed on our drink menu, are permitted. Other types of liquor are not allowed. Corkage charge starts at 1,000 baht for a bottle of 750ml or less. For more information, please contact: 099-923-6695. **
** Cancellation policy booking are non-refundable through the system, but can be changed via email at kaitobkk.omakase@gmail.com, according to our cancellation policy : Any changes need to be made 3 business days prior the booking date.
Any changes and cancellations outside of these periods and no-shows on the day, we reserve the right to charge in full deposit amount. In case of applicable for refunding, will be applied up to 80% **
