• To ensure the dining experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that reservations be made at least one day in advance. • Please be advised that while we strive to accommodate seating preferences, they are not always guaranteed. • To ensure your reservation remains valid, please arrive within 20 minutes of the scheduled time. Should you anticipate a delay, please let us know as soon as possible. • For reservations for groups of six or more, please contact us via phone or email. • We welcome walk-in guests at Janu Lounge, Janu Bar and Garden Terrace for all other service throughout the day and evening. • Reservations are needed for Afternoon Tea and Evening High Tea inside the lounge only. • Afternoon Tea reservations are for a maximum of two hours. Last orders should be made no later than 30-minutes prior to the end of the reservation period.
※All our seating areas (including the Garden Terrace) are designated as non-smoking.
Parking: • A flat fee of ￥7,000 will be charged to all guests using the valet service of Janu Tokyo for restaurant use. (Parking is available for up to 5 hours). • Guests using the Azabudai Hills parkingwill receive a parking service coupon when spending ￥10,000 or more at any of the hotel's restaurants, for a maximum of four hours. • Note: For guests registered for the Azabudai Hills Parking Ticketless Service, points will be awarded for use in Janu Tokyo, but the parking fee will not be automatically reimbursed. • Please ask the restaurant during payment to receive a parking service ticket.
