Since its inception on 12 July 1990, Xin Cuisine has been setting the gold standard for Cantonese cuisine in Singapore. Helmed by a team of master chefs with a total of 30 over years of experience, Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant offers any array of sublime dishes, including intricate dim sum creations. Signature must-tries include the Homestyle Roast Duck with Tea Leaves and Braised Live Lobster Ee-Fu Noodle. Guests can enjoy these delicacies a la carte or in specially curated set menus. With the added luxury of a BYOB option with having your first bottle corkage free (wine and champagne only), and availability of private dining rooms for social or business events, it's a venue that offers much more than just exquisite food.
