Booking Guarantee & Deposit
For any reservations, a ₱1,000 deposit per person is required for us to confirm your reservation. Our reservation team will be sending a Viber, WhatsApp message or an email regarding the deposit fee.
Booking Payment Details
•Please note that we will send the payment details three days prior to your reservation date.
(Kindly note, to ensure all our guests are able to experience Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill Philippines at Newport World Resorts, the maximum stay per table in the main dining room is limited to 2 hours per reservation. Thank you for your kind understanding.)
• Private Dining Room (PDR)
•For reservations of 10 guests or more, kindly reach out to us via Viber at 0917-147-6576.
•For private dining room reservations, a 50% deposit of the minimum spend amount is required upon reservation.
• Each PDR can accommodate a maximum of 10 persons.
• For Lunch: The minimum spend is ₱30,000 + 10% Service Charge.
• For Dinner: The minimum spend is ₱50,000 + 10% Service Charge.
Advance orders for big groups
• For large group reservations, we require an advance order to ensure the best possible experience. This helps us better prepare, provide faster service, and ensure that we can accommodate your party with the quality and care you deserve.
Advance orders are recommended for groups of 8 or more only.
Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to place your order, and our team will be happy to assist you with menu selections and other special requests.
Refund Policy
•Deposit is non-refundable.

Dress Code
Please note that our dress code is smart casual. For gentlemen, no swimwear, sportswear, flip flops, open-toe footwear, or singlets. For women, no swimwear, and sportswear. Those not meeting the required standard may be refused entry.
Booking Reminder
Please ensure you arrive at the time of your reservation. We will extend a 15-minutes grace period, after which your table will be released automatically.
No-Show Policy
A table is deemed a “no-show” if you do not arrive despite repetitive effort to reach out. For bookings with a deposit, the deposit paid will be forfeited. In all cases, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any amendment to your existing booking.
Special Requests
Kindly inform us if you are celebrating a special occasion, and we will be happy to note this on your reservation for our team to acknowledge on the day.
Parking
Parking is available at Grand Wing Basement and Hilton Manila.
Pet Policy
Strictly NO PETS ALLOWED.
Corkage Policy
