Booking Guarantee & Deposit
• Main Dining Room
For any group of six (6) persons and above, a ₱1,000 deposit per person is required upon reservation. Kindly email us directly at reservations@gordonramsayrestaurants.com.ph for a reservation.
• Private Dining Room (PDR)
For private dining room reservations, a 50% deposit of the minimum spend amount is required upon reservation.
Each PDR can accommodate a maximum of 10 persons.
• For Lunch: The minimum spend is ₱30,000 + 10% Service Charge.
• For Dinner: The minimum spend is ₱50,000 + 10% Service Charge.
• Any unutilized deposit will not be refunded or carried forward.
• Should you wish to cancel or amend your table reservation, please contact us at +63(2) 7908-8000 ext. 7940 / +63 917 147 6576 at least 24 hours prior to your reservation for main dining and 72 hours for private dining room.
Dress Code
Please note that our dress code is smart casual. For gentlemen, no swimwear, sportswear, flip flops, open-toe footwear, or singlets. For women, no swimwear, and sportswear. Those not meeting the required standard may be refused entry.
Table Allocations
We will note your seating area preference; however, this will be based on availability at the time.
Allergies and Special Dietary Requests
Please highlight any allergens or dietary requirements that you or your guests have prior to your reservation date, so we can create an allergy-free dining experience for you.
Booking Reminder
Please ensure you arrive at the time of your reservation. We will extend a 15-minutes grace period, after which your table will be released automatically.
No-Show Policy
A table is deemed a “no-show” if you do not arrive despite repetitive effort to reach out. For bookings with a deposit, the deposit paid will be forfeited. In all cases, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any amendment to your existing booking.
Special Requests
Kindly inform us if you are celebrating a special occasion, and we will be happy to note this on your reservation for our team to acknowledge on the day.
Parking
Parking is available at Grand Wing Basement and Hilton Manila.
Pet Policy
Strictly NO PETS ALLOWED.
Corkage Policy
Consumption of personal bottles is not possible. Please refer to our wine list and beverage menu for a selection of premium wines and hand-crafted cocktails.
Cake Policy
We welcome you to celebrate your special occasion with a cake of your choice. However, we remind you that we will not be held responsible for any mishap or unforeseen circumstances. You are also required to sign a liability / indemnity form, relieving Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill, Philippines and Newport World Resorts of any foodborne illnesses due to the consumption of an external item.

Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill, Philippines at Newport World Resorts is a non-smoking restaurant. Strictly no smoking is allowed in the restaurant, lobby, walkways, and washrooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the property.
