Fillets hold our valued customers in high regard and wish to ensure that you have the finest experience of Omakase. Before you proceed with your reservation, we kindly request you to take a moment to review and understand the terms and conditions of our restaurant. If, for any reason, you find it challenging to comply with these terms or if any of the following requirements do not align with your party, please understand that we won't be able to accept your reservation, and refunds won't be possible.
To ensure a full Fillets dining experience, we highly recommend planning enough time to arrive at Fillets and informing our reservations department as soon as possible about any delays. Your booked table has a time limit, so any late arrivals might result in a shortened experience.
Reservations at Fillets can be made 2 months in advance.
RESERVATION POLICY
Please inform us of the purpose of your visit (birthday, anniversary, etc.)
If you have any food allergies, please do not hesitate to notify us at the time of booking.
Menus are subject to change without notice.
Please note that we may be unable to accommodate your requests for specific seating.
Please be advised that if guests arrive more than 30 minutes late, their reservation will be void, as per our policy.
DEPOSIT POLICY & CONFIRMATION
Lunch: To secure your reservation, a deposit of 1,000 THB net per person is required.
Dinner: To secure your reservation, a deposit of 1,500 THB net per person is required.
The deposit will be applied to your final bill.
A reservation confirmation will be sent via email after the deposit has been received. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to change your reservation or the number of guests, please inform us via reservation@filletsbangkok.com at least 72 hours in advance.
We offer a one-time change policy for booking dates.
The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
CHILDREN
We can only accommodate children above the age of 12, given that they are able to have a tasting menu. Please note that we do not offer a la carte menu for children. This is due to health and safety reasons for your child and the experience of other guests.
PRIVATE FUNCTION
We only take reservations for reserved zones via Email only. Please contact us directly at reservation@filletsbangkok.com for reservations or additional information.
CORKAGE FEE
Standard bottle (75cl)
Sake: 3,000++ per bottle
Wine / Champagne / Whiskey: 2,000++ per bottle
The fee will be waived if you purchase one bottle from us for one bottle you bring.
DRESS CODE: Smart casual
