Booking Policy
If you do not complete check-in at the event venue at least 20 minutes before the reserved time, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Participation Conditions
(1) Those who are shorter than 120 cm cannot participate for safety reasons.
(2) Those who weigh 150 kg or more cannot participate.
(3) Customers under the age of 12 cannot participate.
(4) Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
(5) Pregnant individuals and those with severe medical conditions cannot participate.
(6) There are no restrictions on participation for individuals with disabilities. However, before purchasing a seat, the individual must provide detailed information about their condition and any special assistance required to the organizer. Based on this information, the organizer will determine participation eligibility, considering safety and the appropriateness of the experience. Depending on the organizer's judgment, participation may be proposed under specific conditions.
(7) This event involves being lifted up to an altitude of 40m. At this height, the wind may be stronger than usual, and the temperature may feel lower than on the ground, so please take necessary precautions before participating. Once lifted by the crane, changes to clothing or footwear will not be accepted for safety reasons. Please note that event interruptions or descent requests due to these reasons will not be accepted.
