#### Restaurant Booking Policy
Thank you for considering Gusti Restaurant & Bar for your dining experience. We are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional dining experience from the moment you decide to book with us. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable process for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review our booking policy below.
#### Christmas Buffet 2024
- Reservations can be made online through our website, by phone, or in person at the restaurant.
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
- If you're bringing a child under 5, please indicate in the form and specify the number of children.
- Please select the correct number of adults and children, ensuring that the number of experiences matches the number of guests.
- Full pre-payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event to avoid fees. Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
- Please review your booking details carefully before completing the checkout process to avoid any discrepancies in charges.
#### General Bookings
- Reservations can be made online through our website, by phone, or in person at the restaurant.
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially for weekends and holidays.
- Please inform us of any special requests or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
#### Group Bookings (9 Guests and Above)
- For bookings of 9 guests or more, we require a deposit of $200 to secure the reservation.
- The deposit can be credited towards your final bill on the day of your dining or refunded after your experience.
- Deposits must be paid at the time of booking and can be made via credit card & debit card
- Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking to receive a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
#### Cancellations
- For individual bookings (up to 8 guests), we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or modifications to your reservation.
- For group bookings (9 guests and above), as mentioned, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to be eligible for a deposit refund. Email cpp.reception@ihg.com or text +61 (0) 428 561 161
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, consistent with our commitment to quality and service, this policy helps us manage our seating and staffing effectively.
#### Late Arrivals
- Please contact us if you are running late. We can hold tables for a maximum of 30 minutes beyond your reservation time. After this period, we may not be able to guarantee your table, especially on busy nights, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
#### Special Events
- For special events or private dining inquiries, please contact our events team directly on meetings-purtr@ihg.com. Different deposit and cancellation policies may apply.
