Table Reservations:
• Your reservation is processed in real-time, and upon completion, you will promptly receive a confirmation email.
• For any modifications to your reservation, please contact us directly. To cancel, click on the confirmation email.
• While you can request a specific table, please note that tables are automatically assigned based on availability. We strive to accommodate your preferences but cannot guarantee specific placements.
Deposit Policy:
• A deposit of 1,500 Baht per person is required for reservations in Premium Seats (Outdoor by the Edge). This deposit serves as a minimum spend requirement. If the guest does not spend up to the deposited amount, the difference will not be refunded.
• No deposit is required for reservations in Regular Seats (Outdoor, not by the Edge), unless the reservation includes 7 or more guests, in which case a deposit of 500 Baht per guest is applicable. This deposit also serves as a minimum spend requirement.
• Deposits will be deducted from the final bill on the day of the reservation.
• Note: In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- If cancelled 24 hours or more before the booking, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the deposit amount.
- If cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit amount.
- Please be aware that in the event of cancellation, refunds to credit cards may take up to 30 days, while refunds to debit cards may take 45-60 days to be credited back to the guest's account.
Group Bookings:
• For groups larger than 12 persons, online bookings are unavailable. Please contact the restaurant representatives +66819164270 or via one of our channels below to make a reservation.
Late Arrival:
• If you arrive later than 30 minutes without notifying the restaurant, your reservation may be considered void. The restaurant is not obligated to extend the reserved time.
