1. Your request will be recorded by the system. Our staff will contact to you by phone call/ SMS message/ email to confirm the table has been successfully booked.
2. Chapter only serves Tasting menu, if you have any allergies or special requirements, please note your information/request down so that we can prepare it for you (At least 24 hours before dine).
3. If your family has children under 12 years old, please notice with us about the number and age of children to accompany you.
