*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
*If we are unable to contact you 30 minutes after your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
*If you wish to make a reservation for 13 or more people or if you wish to reserve the entire restaurant, please contact the restaurant directly.
*We accept requests for a shuttle service (within Hakuba Village only), but This is not a guarantee.
