・We will keep your card information when you make a reservation, but it will not be used for payment. Please pay the fee on the day of the event.

・Please contact us if you wish to make a reservation for 37 or more people. *Please also contact us if you would like to reserve the entire venue.
If you are late
・Please contact us if you are going to be late.
・Our shop operates on 2 hour system. *Even if you are late, we will still allow 2 hours from the reservation time.
・If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to put you on the waiting list.
・If you do not arrive without contacting us, we will be forced to cancel your reservation. (We will also charge you a cancellation fee.)
