Booking Policy
Hi there! Thanks for reaching out about booking your event at Barrels. Let me go over a few notes about our policies:
- For groups of 10 people or more, we do require an IDR 500K deposit to secure the space and staffing for your event. This deposit helps us set everything up for your big day.
- If any cancelations do come up, We'd encourage trying to reschedule instead if possible since unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. But don't worry, we'll definitely work with you to find a new date that works with your schedule.
- Please let us know about any cancelations at least 2 hours before your scheduled arrival time. That gives the restaurant enough time to fill the space if it opens up.
- The prices listed for food and drinks don't include taxes or service fees. We'll add all that at the end so the total you see is exactly what's owed.
