This is a sirloin course using specially selected Kobe beef, which was purchased by the owner at the Kobe Beef "Female" Kyoreikai, the highest quality Kobe beef raised by Terauchi Akinori on November 5th (Tanba) and the highest quality Kobe beef raised by Seto Kazutaka of Marse Livestock on November 11th (Mita). The finest L-bone steak, which has never been vacuum-packed and has been left to rest whole with the bone attached, is grilled in a charcoal oven. Terauchi's beef is currently very tasty, so we are offering it. Marse Livestock's loin will reach its peak after 2 months of aging, so Seto Kazutaka's loin will be available in earnest from mid-January.
