DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & ALLERGENS
As our menu is inspired by the lands of the Indian subcontinent, seafood, coconut, soy products, alliums, herbs, spices and gluten products are central ingredients. Our food menu does not contain Pork, Beef or Alcohol and our meat are sourced from halal sources.

Please let us know in advance of any dietary restriction or allergies within your party. We are able to provide dairy free or gluten free options with at least one week advance notice so that we can maximise your dining experience. Our team will be in touch to confirm any special requests or dietary needs prior to your reservation. We regret to inform you that late requests may not be accommodated.

MENU SHARING POLICY
Each guest is required to order an individual menu. Guests aged 10 and above must order one of our standard menus. Guests under the age of 10 are required to order the 3-course enfant children's menu.

CHILD POLICY
Children are welcome at Ammakase. Parents must ensure that their child's behaviour is consistent with our fine-dining environment. This includes avoiding excessive noise or any behaviour that might interfere with the experience of other guests. If necessary, we may ask a guest to accompany their child outside to calm them before rejoining us in the restaurant.

Smart casual. We respectfully discourage shorts, bermudas. slippers and flip flops.

NOISE POLICY
Please be mindful of noise levels and limit phone conversations, preferably taking them outside, to maintain a serene dining atmosphere for fellow diners.

CORKAGE POLICY
Wines: $100 per 750ml or 1-for-1 corkage deal (Bring your own 750ml bottle and purchase one from our exquisite selection of wines and enjoy a waived corkage fee.)
Liquors: Not encouraged
*Corkage is not waivable for VIP room diners.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your reservation must be confirmed with a valid credit card. Any cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your visit. Canceling your reservation within the 72 hour period or failing to show will result in a charge of $79 for weekday lunch & $150 for weekday dinner, weekend lunch & dinner.
