Reservations
- Available for groups of 4–12 within Niseko only.
- Ensure that your accommodation is equipped to support catering, including basic kitchen facilities. (minimum requirements: a gas or induction stove and a kitchen sink).
- Beverages are not included, special requests can be noted during reservation (fees may apply, not all requests guaranteed).
Reservation Day
- Staff arrives 1 hour before the scheduled time.
- Absence 30+ minutes past the scheduled time will result in cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
5 days prior: 50% refundable.
Within 48 hours: Non-refundable.
