Booking Policy
Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booking time.
Lunch: à la carte
Dinner: two set menus (market-driven); one menu per table
Bookings before 7:00 PM are limited to 2 hours.
Please contact us in advance for dietary requirements. Special requests are subject to availability.
Children:
- 12 and under: children’s set menu
- 13 and over: regular set menu
Baby chairs are limited.
Corkage: JPY 8,000 per bottle
Dress code: Smart Casual
A valid card is required to secure all reservations. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee.

PARKING
Parking is very limited. We recommend using a car service.
Public parking is available opposite The Vale Hotel. Niseko Kyo is a short walk uphill.
Car service pick-ups must be from the Niseko Kyo lobby.
